RELATIONSHIP THERAPIST IN Florida
It’s time to start Anew in your relationships.
Nathaly Morales, LMFT
You're here because you want to change the template of your life.
You’re here because you have been trying to mend your relationship and feel that you have not been able to come to an understanding. You and your partner are stuck in the same vicious cycle, you’ve basically memorized each other’s words during a fight. You might also be here if you’re someone who wants to break the generational curse your family has been engaging in.
Either way, You’re in the right spot.
How I work
Growth doesn’t come from having all the answers. It comes from having a safe place to ask the questions you’ve been too afraid to voice.
Having immigrated from Cuba at the age of five, I learned early on what it means to navigate different worlds at the same time. That experience shaped how I see people, relationships, and the invisible stories we carry with us. My multicultural background gives me the privilege of connecting with individuals and couples from all walks of life, especially those navigating intergenerational patterns and complex family dynamics.
I approach therapy with the belief that there’s no “one-size-fits-all” path to healing. I partner with my clients to co-create a personalized roadmap based on their unique history and needs. In my work with couples, I draw from research-backed methods like the Gottman Method to help partners rebuild trust and connection. I also integrate somatic and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches to help clients gently explore and heal the deeper parts of themselves.
My goal is always the same: to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered to move toward the life and relationships you want.
HEre’s what I believe about therapy:
It is not about eradicating your parts; it’s about recalibrating.
There are no bad parts. Even the actions that you consider “toxic”many times are learned maladaptive behaviors and not necessarily malicious traits.
Sometimes we see the ghosts of our caregivers in our partners.
Our childhood experiences often shape the patterns and behaviors we carry into our adult relationships. These early blueprints influence how we communicate, handle conflicts, and connect with others—including our partner.
No communication is still communication.
If you and your partner do not speak to each other, keep in mind that you are still communicating. Stonewalling is still a message, I don’t want to connect with you…right now.
Get the support that’s right for you.
