I am located in Florida and licensed to practice therapy anywhere in the state. To work with me, clients need to have a residence in Florida. This ensures that I can provide you with the appropriate care within the legal and regulatory framework of the state. If you reside in Florida, we can engage in online therapy sessions tailored to your needs, providing you with the support and guidance you seek.
-
Online therapy with me is conducted through a HIPAA-compliant Zoom link, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality are protected. During our video call sessions, you'll receive the same level of care and support as you would in-person. You’ll be able to see and talk with me in real-time, creating a secure and comfortable environment for us to work together on your therapeutic goals. This convenient format allows you to attend sessions from wherever you are, making it easier to fit therapy into your schedule.
-
At this time I do not offer in-person sessions. Online therapy provides a more convenient and flexible option for many clients. It eliminates travel time, allows for greater scheduling flexibility, and offers the comfort of participating from your own space. This approach ensures you can receive the support you need without the constraints of location, making it easier to fit therapy into your busy life.

In your first session with me, we'll have a 90-minute intake session where we’ll dive deep into understanding your needs and background. This extended session allows us to thoroughly explore your history, current challenges, and goals for therapy. By the end of our time together, you'll have a clear sense of the therapeutic process and how we can work together to achieve your desired outcomes. This initial meeting sets the foundation for a tailored, effective approach to your well-being.

The duration of therapy varies for each individual, depending on their unique needs and goals. Some clients may find resolution in a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term support. Together, we’ll continuously evaluate your progress and adjust the therapy plan to ensure it aligns with your evolving needs and objectives. Your journey is personal, and we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way.

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) provides you with a clear, upfront understanding of the costs associated with your therapy services when paying out of pocket. It's designed to give you a transparent picture of what to expect financially, ensuring there are no surprises along the way. This helps you plan and make informed decisions about your care.
